Step 1：Hold by the Dorsal D-Ring, shake to Let Straps Fall Step 2：Inspect for Damage or Wear Step 3：Donning the Fall Protection Harness Step 4：Connect the Leg Straps. Step 5：Connect the Chest / Waist Strap. Step 6：Adjust the Straps. INSPECT Always inspect safety harness before using it. Check the material for tears, cuts, fraying, abrasion, discoloration, burns, holes, mold, pulled/broken stitches, or other signs of wear/damage. If the harness is showing any signs of noticeable wear or damage, defect, inadequate maintenance, or unsafe condition, it must be removed from service immediately, because it may cause injury or death.
